These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.vitalctscan.com and any related services provided by Vital CT Scan. By accessing or using our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services ProvidedVital CT Scan offers non-invasive CT imaging services for preventive health screening. We are not a primary care provider and do not offer diagnostic treatment. Scan reports are reviewed by board-certified radiologists and shared with patients and, if requested, their physicians.

2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to book or use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must schedule on your behalf.

3. Booking & PaymentAll bookings are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.You may transfer your appointment one time to another individual if done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled scan. Email support@vitalctscan.com for assistance.Payment is due at the time of booking via our integrated Square payment system.

4. Rescheduling PolicyRescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.You may reschedule one time at no additional cost.Failure to show up for your appointment without rescheduling will forfeit your payment.

5. Medical DisclaimerVital CT Scan does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Scan results are informational and should be reviewed with your personal physician for medical interpretation and follow-up care.Your use of the service is not a substitute for medical attention.


6. PrivacyWe are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, stored, and used.

7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the site—including images, videos, logos, copy, and design—is the exclusive property of Vital CT Scan. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

8. Limitation of LiabilityVital CT Scan is not liable for:Misinterpretation of scan reports by third partiesDelayed results due to technical issues or unforeseen eventsHealth outcomes based on your scan or failure to follow up with a licensed physicianTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid for your service.

9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. ModificationsWe may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
